100g (1 cup) oatmeal
50ml cashew nut milk
1tbsp ground flaxseeds
1tbsp hemp seeds
1tsp almond butter
1/2 large banana
1/2 handful frozen buckthorn berries
(or any berries)
1tsp maple syrup (optional)
Pour boiling water (from a kettle) into oatmeal and cook for 3-4 min, when the porridge is almost cooked add cashew nut milk (or any other milk) and cook for another minute.
Once the porridge is cooked, add 1tbsp ground flaxseeds and mix well.
Chop banana on top, add almond butter, hemp seeds and frozen berries.
Add some maple syrup if you prefer.
