Kale Chips

Ingredients

2-3 bunches of kale

3tbsp olive oil

Sea salt

Method 

  1. Wash and dry kale.
  2. Tear the leaves off the stalk in thumb-size pieces.
  3. Spread on a tray lined with a parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle olive oil and salt. Mix it well to ensure all leaves are covered.
  5. Bake at 120 degrees C for 20 min, or until the leaves are crisp but not burnt.
  6. You may need to mix them to ensure nothing is burnt.
