Kale Chips

Recipe by Gut PhilosophyCourse: Breakfast & Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bunches of kale

  • 3tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt

Method

  • Wash and dry kale.
  • Tear the leaves off the stalk in thumb-size pieces.
  • Spread on a tray lined with a parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle olive oil and salt. Mix it well to ensure all leaves are covered.
  • Bake at 120 degrees C for 20 min, or until the leaves are crisp but not burnt.
  • You may need to mix them to ensure nothing is burnt.
