Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

1 can of chickpeas
1tsp cumin
1tsp paprika
1tsp coriander
2tbsp olive oil
Salt
Method
- Drain and wash chickpeas.
- Mix them with olive oil, spices and salt until evenly coated.
- Place on tray lined with a parchment paper and roast at 180°C for 30min, until crispy. You may need to mix them after 10-15min to ensure even roasting.
