Spicy Roasted Chickpeas


1 can of chickpeas

1tsp cumin

1tsp paprika

1tsp coriander

2tbsp olive oil



  1. Drain and wash chickpeas.
  2. Mix them with olive oil, spices and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Place on tray lined with a parchment paper and roast at 180°C for 30min, until crispy. You may need to mix them after 10-15min to ensure even roasting.
