Spinach & Ginger Smoothie


2 handfuls of spinach leaves
1-2cm of ginger root, peeled and roughly chopped
1 small banana (or 1/2 large banana)
1 small kiwi
1tbsp ground flaxseed
30g protein powder (of your choice)
200ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)


Put all ingredients in a blender, pour a milk and blitz until smooth.
