Services Provided
Gut Philosophy provides nutritional therapy and functional medicine consultations, gut microbiome testing interpretation, and educational resources on gut health. Services are delivered by Elena Rolt IFMCP, BANT, CNHC.
All consultations are conducted online. By booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete health information necessary for the provision of the service.
Medical Disclaimer
The information provided by Gut Philosophy is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor to replace advice from your GP or a qualified medical professional. Nutritional therapy and functional medicine support general wellbeing alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, supplements, or medication, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a diagnosed health condition.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Discovery calls (15 minutes) are complimentary and non-chargeable.
Programme fees are payable in advance. Refunds for unused sessions within a programme may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hello@gutphilosophy.com to discuss.

All health information you share with Gut Philosophy is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal health data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
