Ingredients

  • 150g ground almond flour

  • 1tsp baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2tbsp maple syrup

  • 1tsp cinnamon

  • 150g frozen berries

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • Blend all the ingredients together, add the berries once the mixture is ready.
  • Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray and bake for 25 min.
