Black Currant Muffins

Makes: 12 muffins

Cooking time: 25 min


150g ground almond flour

1tsp baking powder

3 eggs

2 ripe bananas

2tbsp maple syrup

1tsp cinnamon

150g frozen berries


  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together, add the berries once the mixture is ready.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray and bake for 25 min.
