Ingredients

  • 150g ground almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150g frozen berries

Method

    Preheat oven to 170°C.

    Blend all the ingredients together, add the berries once the mixture is ready.

    Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray and bake for 25 min.
