Ingredients

  • 100g (1 cup) oatmeal
  • 50ml cashew nut milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ large banana
  • ½ handful frozen buckthorn berries (or any berries)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method

    Pour boiling water (from a kettle) into oatmeal and cook for 3-4 min, when the porridge is almost cooked add cashew nut milk (or any other milk) and cook for another minute.

    Once the porridge is cooked, add 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds and mix well.

    Chop banana on top, add almond butter, hemp seeds and frozen berries.

    Add some maple syrup if you prefer.
