Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200g mixed mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 garlic clove
- Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
- Salt and pepper
Method

Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, sauté until golden.

Make wells in the mushrooms and crack eggs into them.

Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
