Ingredients
- 400g white fish or salmon
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 egg
- Fresh dill or parsley
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying
Method

Boil potatoes until tender, then mash.

Poach or bake fish until cooked, then flake.
