Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 1tsp cumin

  • 1tsp paprika

  • 1tsp coriander

  • 2tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

Method

  • Drain and wash chickpeas.
  • Mix them with olive oil, spices and salt until evenly coated.
  • Place on tray lined with a parchment paper and roast at 180°C for 30min, until crispy. You may need to mix them after 10-15min to ensure even roasting.
